system software missing

I have problems please help! My Garmin nuvi 2547LMT device crashed during the update. Now when it turns on, "system software missing" is displayed. The USB does not detect my laptop. Please for instructions on how to make a flash on an sd card? Thanks (sorry for my English I use translate)
