HI,
I corrupted my files on my Garmin Nuvi 3760 (USA) and now my computer complains of the device not being recognized. Garmin Express nor WebUpdater are recognizing my GPS. How can I put my Garmin into a mode that would force it to be recognized by the Webupdater, when I cklick "Find Devices"?

Back Story, how I corrupted it. I connected my Garmin to my work computer to move over new map file. My work computer needed to encrypt the garmin file structure in order to add files to it. Bit Locker encrypted it. I moved over the new map file and disconnected. The Garmin starts up but didn't show any map files loaded. I believe I may have needed to decrypt the garmin before disconnecting. Now when I connect to my work computer or any computer, it is not recogniged. I attempted to clear data by pressing the bottom right and power. I was promptd to clear data, I chose it and now I'm at a "Select a Locale" screen with an OK button, but there are no Locales listed to select, so I cannot do anything from that point. I cannot cancel or move forward. In the past, I believe I did something to get the WebUpdater to find my GPS after being corrupted, but I forgot what I did. Please help, I am in IT but I cannot find solutions online. I believe some sort of button pressing combination during startup, before the file corruption is loaded, while connected to my computer, should force the Webupdater to recognize the GPS and update the file system. Please Help. Thank You.
