Well, I know it is banned in Italia ... It isn't in France, the U.S.A. nor Bulgaria. I don't know for sure in other countries. I know as well it is a Russian owned website. However hassle free as compared to MEGA [Did the German owner in Auckland, NZ managed to escape an extradition to the U.S. ? as its former web hosting MegaUpload.com had been seized by the FBI. I note its new Mega is in a NZ domain name ...] or other upload website alternatives. Maybe we can hear from affected users here ?

(cost 50 % less on a 2 years contract) the best of the crop I believe, to escape one country and or ISP censure. I use ExpressVPN to have access on some occasion to US TV channels.

I will try to test other web hosting site though ...

A Side Note : I was just testing ExpressVPN connected in New York City $ expressvpn connect usny [in Linux] and it works flawlessly to download anything on ZippyShare ... The US guy reporting troubles here should be hindered by his own ISP not the US Government I believe.
