Hi ,
I unlocked Third party map for Garmin with Garmin Unlocker.
All seem to be fine. They are set to "Not Lockable" into Basecamp.

I send them into the GPSMAP 296 with Mapinstall, they are stored into my 512mb Garmin propritary memory card.
When the gps boot it write "Can't Unlock maps"

What is the reason? Do you have a workaround?

There is a manner to format the memory card, without the card programmer?
