    Drive, DriveSmart 52 -55 - 65 are NOT able to be patched by this method,this is under investigation by all interested members

    tried this software with ZUMO 396 V3.50 Firmware HWID 3033
    maps loadbut doesn't route properly

    Hi again, I am back from my holiday and Garmin worked perfect with the unlocked Topo map.

    Do you have topo map v4 from Denmark ? , mine is v3 and needs a lot of updates.

    Hi folks,

    I already patched my original gcd file but doen't load the maps from the SD card, and I'm clueless.
    The garmindevice.xml I found in the Garmin directory (no one found in \.System) has the followings...
    <PartNumber>006-B1350-00</PartNumber>
    <SoftwareVersion>400</SoftwareVersion>
    <Description>nüvi 40</Description>
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Your device didn't need patching.

    On your SD card create a folder called Map and put the map .img renamed gmapsupp in there.
    Create another folder called Garmin and a sub folder called JCV and put the .jcv in there

    SD :/Map/gmapsupp.img
    SD :/Garmin/JCV/*******.jcv

    folder SD:\Garmin\JCV is the container for .JCV files
    folder SD:\Garmin is the container for .IMG files (Additional gmapsupp.img Map)Some Older models
    folder SD:\Map is the container for .IMG files (Additional anyname.img Maps)
    folder SD:\Garmin\POI is the container for .GPI files
    folder SD:\Garmin\SID is the container for .SID files
    folder SD:\Garmin\SQLite is the container for .DB files (better to use in internal memory, \.System\SQLite)
    folder SD:\Garmin\G2S is the container for .G2S file
