Universal Firmware Patcher for Protected Garmin Devices

I have a problem with the Nuvi 55 LM, it won't start the system, sometimes it starts up and when you go through the menu it simply shuts down and restarts again. I wanted to connect to garmin express but the express program doesn't recognize it. My computer recognizes it normally and I can access every folder. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to at least update the software because it currently has old software 5,20 and HWID 1697.It would help me if you installed a larger software, but via SD card, as when I'm doing a patch, if anyone has software 5.60, please leave a link.

Definitely something strange is happening with it because now I entered the menu, I connected it to the power bank and I can go through the menu except for the maps. Because then it turns off. There are no maps even though there were some old ones. It also reported that there are no maps and that they are unreadable, just like when you insert copies of maps into a device that is not patched.

I updated the America version device to version 8.30 and it gives an error that radio function disabled-frequency is not authorized for this location, can't authenticate maps. I did a master reset and uploaded the patch you shared with the web updater. now it just gives can't authenticate maps error. help please
