Maybe you are not able to download from DosyaUpload ...
This is a Patched Firmware (JNX + Unlocked Maps) for GPSMAP66s/st ver. 6.00
Since the GPSMAP66s (HWID: 3028) does not have the GSV and falls into category 2
MSV: Yes, GSV: ---
In this case the Patched Firmware guarantees the correct reading of Unlocked Maps, including NTU and TOPO Maps with CP 65001.
The Patched Firmware guarantees reading of BirdEyes JNX images too.
Be sure to remove All BirdEyes images eventually present on Device before apply Patch
BirdEyes images can be restored AFTER flashing new firmware
Also, in this case the "patched" Firmware can be loaded through the normal update procedure via WebUpdater (look )

After switching off the VPN I was able to visit the website.
But most important ... Hero's! Thanks I've done it . Without the help I would never reached this point, so thanks for that.
I used my old W10 laptop, because I couldn't figure out how to start the web update with the .gcd file on Mac osx. Just curious if there is a way to manage it on my Mac the next time I need it. Somewhere in 2028.
The original file has CodePage 65001. Did you change the CP by yourself? And how/which program?
Use ImGTool to read the CP and check which typ's (LBL, MDR, SRT, TRF, TYP) of all has the CP of 1252. With GMapTool there is a risc that you change only the CP in the TYP-file. That don't work. LBL is the most important.
