Garmin StreetPilot v2.33 + v2.37 app for Android All Multi Language.

Hi dear,
in order to make StreetPilot to work you must match Path of Garmin folder with the one stored in the App.
You need to know:

1. Release of Android (I guess it's higher than 4.3 KitKat)
2. The exact Path of Garmin folder in memory is formed in the following way
   Storage/sdcard0/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin
   The Red part depends by your System, you must verify it with a File Manager.
   The Blue part is fixed, you must create it if it doesn't exist
   The Green Garmin folder is the main place where to put the resources (with all the subfolder needed)
3. Inside this Garmin main folded you must copy the Folder structure with All the resources needed (Text, Keyboards, Vehicle, BaseMap, etc)
   You can fin this Folder Package in the first Posts of this Discussion (by Titanic) or download the one I prepared for this purpose.

   . It contains the complete folders structure (even the empty ones) and
   a) Text, Voice & Keyboards (only English, Italian, French, Spanish, Deutch, Russian)
   b) gmambmap.img (World Base Map) & gmaptz.img (Time Zone Map)
   c) Vehicles, a collection of main vehicles (included a Ferrari F40 and Ford C_Max made by myself)
4. The Main Map (gmapprom.img), gmap3d.img and gmapdem.img (if you want it) must be placed in folder ..\Garmin\.System
5. JCVs must be placed in folder ..\Garmin\.System\JCV
6. SID Files (optionals) must be placed in folder ..\Garmin\.System\SID
7. Additional Maps must be placed in folder ..\Garmin\Map, with any Name
8. Once you have discover the right Path you must configure it in the App, before install
   To do this use the App StreetPilot Path Changer v3.0.1 attached

Sorry for being a Noob. I am reasonably savvy with programming and rooting etc, but after reading through the thread, post #16 is the best step by step i could find. My understanding of the steps to get this done end to end is -:

1. Download the Garmin latest APK file (as Rar) from first post
2. Download the 3 part Rar file which contains the full local paths with files needed (either on device or SD Card) from first post
3. Download latest Maps for your region from

(or is it already in the folder structure?)
4. Copy folder structure to base storage path - depending on device\location i.e - "Storage/sdcard0/Android/data/"
5. Install Street Pilot APK after copying the files and map files to their respective folders

The app should work automatically at this point. Am i missing any steps above ? Someone who has done this can you add on or insert\edit my list to make it more perfect? for ex - if rooting is needed, pls add that as a step.

My Open Questions -
1. Does the phone need to be rooted for this install? - from my pc i am able to create folder in this location on my phone - \\Internal shared storage\Android\data, am i good to proceed?
2. What tool is used from PC to create folders \ copy files etc or should this be done from the phone?
3. When creating a path in storage folder i assume the new manual folder creation for this app install will start from "com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin", or is something more need to be done?
4. What is the purpose of "StreetPilot Path Changer v3.0.1" tool? What does it do. To use it is rooting needed?
5. If rooting is required to do this install is there a workaround to get it on non rooted devices running Android 8
