I have a friend who has an audi Q5 of the year 2015 with the following data
media version: HN+ EU_AU3G_P0814
Navigation data version: 8R0060884CH ECE 6.20.4

I don't know well how to update audi
It is possible that you tell me if the map of the first post can be installed in this audi model and how to do with the activation code

Hi, the answer to this question is given every year and an instruction is made you just need to read it carefully if something goes wrong starting from the beginning. I personally did it for my cousin Audi A6, last year everything was done from the first time without a problem, but this year I had a problem and I performed the procedure twice.

Your FW is old, you first update with a version HN+_EU_AU3G_K0942 - MOD_8R0906961FC_A4_A5_Q5_Q7 (mod means safe for cars with an external BOSE amplifier ) . then the MAP database is loaded, and as a final copy of the activator on the memory card, put it in slot 1 of the message that appears, confirm with the rotary knob after about a minute confirm again, this is the procedure. for convenience you can prepare 2 or 3 memory cards. 1- with FW ( 1 GB minimum), 2 - Maps ( 32/64 GB ) , 3 - activator or on the first one with FW ( 1 GB minimum or one of the previously used ), until the maps upload is done / finished you overwrite with the activator data .

I am attaching the instruction valid for all MMI 3G ( 3G BNav , 3G HNav , 3G HN+ , 3G HN+R ) , take a laptop in the car or upload it to your phone and follow all the steps and you will succeed .

should i update my MMI my Audi a4 has a Bang & olufsen audio system do i have to have some precautions on the firmware to be inserted as for the bose?

You are free to update, dont worry. All MMI3G can update without modification, only Bose in MMI3G PLUS systems should be desabled in firmware when update.
