I haven't had a chance to try it yet on Android 14, but it's like this on an old version Android device.

I also encountered this problem. After installing the application, you need to grant file permissions from the applications section of the device in order for the application to be played. But since I do not have an Android 14 device yet, I solved this problem by trying the Android 13 version.
