I am having problems with the installed voices on the Start 25.
The startup sound is present but when I select a (Dutch) voice in the menu and want to test it nothing happens.

The volume is set to half way of the bar.

I know, thats a Start "XD" is a "Diva" , TTH say, the last official NC is the v9057, official Map a 1100.11649. Maybe you try your Backup of your NC to go back to 9057.

What you have done before the Voice are "gone"? Which Voice you try to use? A "normal" or a TTS/Vocalizer Voice? Most Problems this Device has with the second one

I just updated my brother in-laws Start 25 with MyDrive Connect from TomTom.
Picked what needed to be updated including voices.
All works with no problems with Dutch.
Test French and that worked too.

We speek about the nav2 Start25. Greets
