Hi Guys

My device has stopped giving me the option to change vehicle dimensions. When it did this last time I had to do a factory reset. However I’ve been using this for a good two months now and have acquired a few favourites. So I don’t want to loose them when I do a factory rest can someone please tell where to look for favourites

Do what I do already some years now with addresses, create your own poi file

Cheers bigger Dave copied the cfg file to my laptop did a factory restore then replaced cfg file and bingo all is working thank you ��

Sadly I only have a XXL with 4GB storage so need to save a favourites to keep storage down

It makes no difference whether you have them in the mapsettings.cfg or you create your own poi file for them.
You can take that file anywhere you go, otherwise you can handle the mapsettings.cfg that it can also apply to the new map, but that is all a hassle with TomTom Home
