Have you tried running clearflash.exe from 3 times allowing a reboot after each run, remove all country speedcams you don't need and minimise the number of POI's needing to be shown. Maybe even try reformatting the SD card & start from scratch?

If yes to all 3 suggestions above and still no better then how about a hard reset, (once switched on) paperclip in reset hole in bottom till you see the BIOS screen then release & restart and/or delete your mapsettings.cfg from the map folder (you'll just lose your previous journeys etc)

So I did install newest maps and nav core as well as used TTActivator which solved the problem.
Now all is good. Again thank you for forum members and this forum who helped me to solve this issue.
