€1,15 is the price of Euro95 in the fuelstations in the Canary Islands, not in mainland Spain. This is due to the fact that fuel taxes (and taxes in general) are much lower in the Canary Islands than in the mainland. Fuel taxes are also lower in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla where, according to the data provided by the Ministry, prices are around €1,25 and €1,20, respectively. The prices in the fuelstations in mainland Spain (which, obviously, are most of the fuelstations in Spain) are currently in the range of €1,40-€1,60, as shown by the data provided by the Ministry.
