You can use Colombia map with tomtom for android.

Colombia is only available on nav3-strasbourg.
It is valid for nav3 and navcore 90xx of nav2...

Configure TTActivator in this way, if you want the map in ttpkg format to install in the internal memory of the nav3 device, uncheck auto extract.
