using fast activate im getting .dct every uk map from 1020 maps any ideas why followed normal procedure

You failt to activate the UK & IR map ?
Watch your device if there is maybe an elder meta.txt file
If so rename the updated_meta.txt file to meta.txt
If you have and elder meta.xt, FastActivate will use the meta.txt file first and yes, you're required isn't there

Very rarely does it happen that for an unspeakable reason someone can not bring the patch to a good end.
Often in that case I ask to send the ttgo.bif file to me per PM or through my private email address.
