hi, is there a reason why your tomtom is now in recovery mode?
Or did he do this to you for no reason?
have you tried restoring the software?
use mydrive connect to restore the software
but if it doesn't work with MDC then try this pack

how to use it ?

Connect your tomtom to pc as is it into your photo... into recovery mode , then double clikk into file: TTB_ServiceUpdateTool
so now search the file: 00000000-0411-0020-1020-af5e34dd0003_system-update.ttpkg then press to Install ...so wait for tomtom restarting and hope well !

have you read the instructions for putting the MSTMS team patch?
if with all the entatives listed above you have not solved your problem then the only thing is to put the MSTMS patch to work on the internal memory that is "ruined"

Yes the tool opens but there is no application even after I open with 7zip

wowww ... why you want to open TTB_ServiceUpdateTool by winrar or 7.zip ? you must no do it !!!
you just lunch TTB_ServiceUpdateTool with double clikk , so then clik to Browse to find the file:00000000-0411-0020-1020-af5e34dd0003_system-update.ttpkg into your Pc
as Simba told you ..to lunch TTB_ServiceUpdateTool you must install java into your windows pc

So shall I redownload it all again and download java on my pc then do it again.
If possible could you please attach a few pictures as I'm trying for many hours.
