From what I have verified there is a wide variety of motherboards although they appear to be the same, in the download of the patch there are some photos but it seems that they are not all there, try to look for the EDL pinout around the ones you see in the photos more similar to you motherboard, can you put a photo of your motherboard in case we can help you.
    regards

    Hi everyone,
I'm new here because I just had to buy a Go Basic Wifi 6", and i want to crack it, but i don't know Tomtom ecosystem well, and I can't find how to achieve the step #0 (updating to Navcore 21.200.0003.411).
Mine is in version 19.something and MydriveConnect want me to jump to 22.10.

I've managed to find the file: 00000000-0411-0021-1000-6f3694110001_system-update.ttpkg
How can I update my device with it?

    Thank you guys

Does the patch also work with Navcore 23.100.0001.411 (0) (12.04.2023) or is a downgrade possible?

from what we saw in the past it is not recommended to mix navcore and different patch, correct example; navcore 23.100 patch 23.100, in the past we saw that you may have problems such as reboots, freezing, etc...
if you already have 23.100 installed and there is no patch you can try to go back to a previous version of navcore, in recovery mode, with the TTBussines tool, look it up in the forum.
    regards

    Hello,
I have now tried the TTBussines tool...however, I only get the error message. " Searching Device. > Installation failed."

TomTom MyDrive Connect I have completely closed but unfortunately without success.
