1095 vs 1105 not read by navi

Started from scratch, to get v1105 uk truck map on device. Updated TT activator to latest version. Downloaded map again. Different file name now (missing 'nav 4' in title.) Uploaded to device
'successfully' but when map is selected invalid map is shown. (Meta is correct) When uploaded to an 8gb memory card with install all exe all working and ok! Strange.

Happens on a GO400 and a GO510.
