good morning, I have a problem with my tomtom start 50, when I plug it into a pc it doesn't recognize it, it makes the sound that it connects but it doesn't recognize it.

The tomtom drive and tomtom activator programs do recognize the device but the MSTMS program does not recognize it, it does not recognize it with the magic sd set in the gps. I have tried it on another pc and the same thing happens. The problem comes when I have updated to navcore 22 with the patch on.

the gps is working perfectly, it turns on, it navigates, everything is fine but MTSM doesn't recognize it with the sd magic inside, if I take it out the sd magic doesn't recognize it either. Without that I can't patch it and use it with a map of EUROPE that is what I want. Now it has western europe 1100 installed.

it has been commented several times that when connected or updated with MDC, eliminate the patch before.
example if I had Navcore 21 updates 22 with anterior patch, it has problems and as it has been commented several times to always use the same Navcore version and same version patch version.
