tom tom rider 400 premium
tengo un problema con este gps,le enciendo y suenan los tambores y se queda pantalla en blanco,no tiene boton reset ,le conecto a ordenador y no le encuentra alguien podria decirme que hacer ,gracias

In ENGLISH, in this ENGLISH speaking forum;
I have a problem with this gps, I turn it on and the drums sound and the screen stays blank, it doesn't have a reset button, I connect it to the computer and it can't find it, can someone tell me what to do, thanks

The rider 400 is a Nav4 device. You need the MyDriveConnect app from TomTom to comunicate with your computer.
You can reset it by stay pressing the on/off button till you heard the drum sound.

finished the process as you told me ,the gps does exactly the same thing turns on blank screen after pressing button on ,drums sound ,but the screen does not change it remains blank

Explain something else how you got to that blank screen point what did you do? in any update did you or someone installed navcore?
