Help start60 [nav4] locked on main screen

I made navcore update and applied the patch, on reboot screen lock with tomtom logo. If I try to put it in recovery mode it restarts. I can't restore. Any suggestions for a possible solution? Thanks in advance

    Try like this :
put the tomtom in recovery mode and then turn off the tomtom and then press and hold the power button, as soon as the black screen with white writings appears, release the power button.
then press the ignition key three times in succession
now the tomtom is in recovery mode and you connect it to the compuer
now unzip the file I gave you using 7.zip
then double click on the file: TTB_ServiceUpdateTool
now the TTB program opens and you select the file: 00000000-0311-0021-1000-6f3694110001_system-update.ttpkg
finally press Start and you reload the software / navcore in the tomtom.
wait for the tomtom to reboot by itself and see if it now boots fine.

if it doesn't work and the tomtom gives you the same problem then try to remove the patch so then the tomtom should restart, otherwise try to revive the tomtom as I told you above, restoring the software.

Thank you for your prompt reply, the problem is that I cannot enter recovery mode and the pc does not detect it
At startup it does the classic repeated drum roll and then nothing. I tried to change the battery without success. As if the boot file got corrupted

MAYBE one solution is to put magic micro sd inside your tomtom and start it into recovery mode , i think your tomtom can do into recovery mode with magic sd inside...then if you connect the tomtom to Linux or kali you will see your tomtom and now need to change root file with an original goos one ...from a workinf start 60 .

but first did you tried to remove patch ?

I am stuck on startup. If it does not let me enter recovery mode I cannot perform any operation because the pc does not detect it. I tried to carry out the same operation with sd magic inserted with negative result
in summary I can not even get to the black screen with white writing

Did you try to remove the patch? You don't need recovery mode for this operation.

Unfortunately, if the tomtom does not start it is not detected by the pc or even by the NAV tool.
I'm stuck at the startup screen

try what @spoon1 indicated above, put sdmagic boot tomtom, but not with windows, try kali open disk tool or gparted, if you still don't see anything from tomtom type in terminal sudo fdisk -l and see if tomtom partition comes out, If after this you still don't see anything, it seems that the problem is that the boot partition is corrupted.
    regards
