    tomtom pro webflet patch works , but the problem is that can not active map on model: 7350 and 5350
    i explane ...if you have a tomtom pro 7350 or a pro 5350 with normal europa map and you want to put europe truck map then the patch no works, can not activate maps , this is the problem .
    i know that someone solved it but i don't know...maybe he can help you here .
    you can change software/navcore from 17 to 21 ..i mean from tomtom pro webflet to nav5, but also normal nav5 patch con not activate maps , too

    the problem is not on patch, but in this tomtom pro version, they are different !
    different is on tomtom pro 7250 or 5250 ..they are nav4 and patch can works..sure, tested.

    I have TomTom Bridge locked in the same way, but this method doesn't work
    I also can't update the maps, I know where to download them, but I need to reset my device to factory settings first.

    I wrote to tomtom but they don't want to help (Bridgestone and Webfleet will take over telematics) and the manual is available on their website

    Factory reset device from recovery.
    Factory reset from recovery is not normally possible in order to protect against end user factory resetting a device and rendering it unusable. There are cases where this can be helpful, however - for example when a screen lock has been set and forgotten. In these cases we can allow a factory reset from recovery. For this a special reset.img must be requested from the TomTom Bridge team. In order to factory reset a device from recovery:

    List the MUIDs of the devices you would like to factory reset in a CSV file.
    Contact the Bridge team and send them the file.
    They will send you one or multiple reset.img images with instructions how to perform the factory reset.
    Please be aware, these will always allow a factory reset from recovery so itÂ’s best to recover on a case by case basis.

    i don't understand very well what help you want me to.
    we are NAV4 section, as far as I are webfleet is Nav5? put data, first 2 -number letters and if you know that Navcore has.
    your device is blocked, some more data, is nothing seen? start and conjust? etc...
    ask recovery, if tomtom sends you to, Bridgestone and Webfleet I don't think it's good idea to install any recovery.
    my webfleet information the first 2 begin; ZH and ZJ, within these first 2 letters it may be that it contains a map; europe or europeruck, but you can only use the version you bought and each new map version is installed in the same package with Navcore.

    My device is the TomTom Bridge on Android 6

    it has the owner profile (wifi) blocked and I can't update the maps (from the card as well) so it's configured

    I wrote to tomtom because I found this manual on their pages, but they don't want to help me

    I am not a webfleet customer.

    I need the file reset.img (disk image) to factory reset the device.

    Is it just me or is this entire thread just going round in ever decreasing circles, getting nowhere and confusing the hell out of everyone involved (most of whom are just trying to help) WTF Bridge? Webfleet? Telematics?

    ican't help you, I don't know anything about this device, i imagine that it is on this website where you have looked, as you see there is a lot of variety, countries, example Europe or Europe Truck, etc ....
    you would have to make sure what device you have before wanting to install any recovery.
    example europe truck pack, rescue + recovery, etc...;

    I used rescue.img disk image but this disk image does not remove the configuration lock

    however, I cannot restore the device to factory settings

    Its look like you are not the first Owner of this Device and the Device is Protect by Password and Telematics Account is needed? Is thats
    your Problem? The Support need your Device ID to send you the correct DL link for rescue Image?
