I Installed pois to /data/ttcontent/common/installed/locations/
to sd i installed it to /mnt/5c152c6b-15a7-4f3c-b949-38fa9d748eb3-dm-0/common/installed/locations
rebooted device.
now i can see poi file but not any pois in it.
can change file permissions to file (unknown command)

you can put files poi only into internal memory ,and probably yoiu can not see your pois into tomtom, because you not installed Charging station !
if you will install the Charging station into your tomtom , then sure you will see your personal pois

so you must install the file : ttevpoinav4_v27.ttpkg or any other version
