i know it seems a bit strange, but do this test, link your device with your phone by Bluetooth, check voices, if you remain the same restart to drums and check voices again.
for strange that it seems, I am with a device that happens the same with the voices, but NOT installed patch.
as @Biggerdave says if MDC eliminates something, it would not be much problem, it normally eliminates if it has a map not installed by MDC, maybe something else.

I have done all the suggestions.
Connecting to MDC didn't change anything except that I had to reload the patch.
I uploaded the Polish TTS voice from Proukaet and also tested the voice control,all is ok.
Connect to phone by bluetootch also is ok.
I have also uploaded TTS voices in other languages to device.
Unfortunately, after rebooting, all TTS voices are not visible on the device.

The problem was in the corrupted software of the device, with very, very much help @Simba the navigation works perfectly.

@rawid, thanks for collaborating and resisting tests, others give up and get nothing. This was done in private because I had to share files that are personal to each user and it is not necessary to put them in public. I agree that if it is done in public it can help other users, but each device failure can be different from one to the other. another, generalized instructions for everyone can kill the device.

It is very interesting why the problem with voices occurs only models GO/START/VIA 50 NAV4.
I already had several models from series the 60/62 NAV4 series and there was no problem with the voices.

I have the same problem with Start 60
@simba you can help me?
I made a backup after the voices went. Everything with MDC.
I tried everything. It shows that the voices are installed but I have no audio indication
With TTBS I can't install another navcore
I don't have audio guidance in navigation
I have worked with these devices before but had no problems.
I still have Start 52 from which I can copy files with winscp
When it arrived at my place, the device was in recovery mode and I recovered it with MDC but it was the same problem.It came without voices and maps that I installed with MDCLast edited by 07wnb; 21st April 2023 at 09:34 PM.

being in recovery mode, do NOT connect to MDC, try to use TTBS to put a lower navcore.

I solved it. I don't know how.
I downgraded several times with different navcores.Same problem. Then I uninstalled all the voices and updated again with MDC.
I was offered navcore 22,100 again.After installation everything worked.
Now I have the same problem with a GO 50. I tried everything, but it doesn't work.
Any tips?

if you already repaired the previous one, do the same with this, to go up or down Navcore, it is necessary to be in recovery mode, if you have any copy of this device with Navcore lower than 22,100 try to install and then leave it with that Navcore or install one superior.
if have the impression that Navcore 22,100 is the one who is producing these last errors; loss of recovery, voices, etc ...
