It is strange in similar cases, yes it detects it as 2 units running nav4free.bat
You can try with a LIUX LIVE, KALI, UBUNTU ,,,, I look at discs if you see some partition
Connect TomTom to PC Keep the boot button tight, even if the screen is still black, look at the dark if there is a slight glow.

I think there is a possibility that the power failure is not software and yes it's hardware, a bad disconnection that has broken the usb port.
If the device has a battery charge, it should at least turn on even with a black screen as indicated by Simba.Last edited by Orni; 9th August 2021 at 11:06 PM.
