No; I have a TomTom Via device.
If you try everything and it still doesn't work, one more thing you can try is to add the provider for RAI Radio to the RDS-TMC configuration. It's a free public service available in Italy as an alternative to Infoblu. It's not built into TTActivator but you can add it using the custom option.
1. Click Add Custom Provider (Advanced) on RDS-TMC tab.
2. Fill in the boxes like the screenshot and click Save.
3. Check the configuration matches the screenshot and "Install to Device".
Remember to turn the manual tune setting off on the TomTom device (go to Traffic Settings and uncheck the tune manually box).

1) I think he connected. I have not changed anything I only turned on the navigator
2)as you suggested I went to view the map once rds-tmc has connected and I have all seen various slowdowns and works that are in Italy and for example I have opened one I am attaching photos
3)this is what i see if i try to make a path.only thing then the path I have not run
I think that it's ok

hello
Hi I went out and made a route with the navigator and I saw that the arrow (red square) in the sidebar of the rds-not moving is this normal?
2) Could it be due to the fact that there are no traffic accidents on the route, etc.? I attach photos

could you kindly point me to the link from where did you see the manual in Italian?
2) do you know a way to insert mapshare updates into the navigator? via mydrive connect does not work
3) how can i insert the favorites of my tomtom one in this?
4) i then customize them i install them via mydrive connect it is not a problem right?

Ok, but in post #17 you have inserted a photo in Italian of the rds-tmc antenna manual. can you tell me the link from where to download the antenna manual? on the TomTom website I found one but it is different. Thanks.
