I used "TTActivator-v1.20" to delete the old map and installed a new one along with patch and cameras.But I can't change the language.

You got a Start 25 with 8Gb internal memory and a micro SD slot. First two digits BQ
It is strange you can't change the language, because there must be more languages in the navcore.
I don't know a way to add languages from outsite the navcore.
Maybe you must reset the whole to the old (non patched) situation.
Then update with My Drive Connect and look if you get an other (newer) navcore as you had.
After that, look if it works good (with language change)
And than try to update again via TTActivator.
