Make sure that recovery is not possible by repeating the process several times.
- Press on until black screen.
- Press the power button three times in rapid succession. Try pressing 4 times too.
- Connect the gps to pc with the official mydrive connect program.
Some questions:
- Do you get to see how the gps stays on the black screen with letters?
- When you press the power button three times what happens?
If you want to try to install your navcore you can do it like this:
- Download the ttpkg package (Attention valid only for devices with a 5" screen): 12.075.3065980.84
- Save the package to your pc.
- Connect the gps to the pc.
- Open TTActivator.
- Make sure TT recognizes your gps.
- Go to the nav3 tools tab.
- Click on the box that I indicate:
- Windows explorer opens and you must navigate to the location of the file to install.
- Double click on the ".ttpkg" package and let TTActivator act.
I do not recommend attempting to install navcore without having attempted drive recovery, with the initial process of this topic.Last edited by Orni; 13th March 2021 at 03:54 PM.

Thanks guys for your help, its really appreciated. I've put the hammer away for now and I'm back refreshed but unfortunately with little success.
Orni in answer to your questions. I see the black screen with letters and when I press the on/off 3 times it just gives a flash and the screen goes black. The TT has switched itself off.
I attempted to load the navcore with your instructions and got as far as Install TT Package but when I double clicked the file it said
No items match your search. The file I was double clicking was "system-update_3065980_bcm4760-current_data". Is that correct.

Latest update is still no success.
I downloaded the Navcore suggested and it failed with the message "Failed to verify Signature" It looked promising as it appeared to be Updating the TT but the end result was another failure.
Do you have any idea what the message means.

I have upgraded a TT go 825 to Truck with TTActivator. I have the doubt that it has not loaded the velox , if Irun the Demo it does n ot sey them. What can Ido ?

hi everone, some help needed, how do you install .ov2 poi's to nav3 devices, maps on internal memory. tryed the official way, not happening.

What kind of poi do you want to add? Third party radars, tomtom radars? Personal pdi?

i have some, lpg garage poi's and camping stuff, few hgv stuff, works fine on a nav2 device, are they the same for nav3? with maps being on internal memory i can't find a way to install them and like i say the official way via my drive is not working for me, also i dont like using my drive as i keep expecting it to remove all my maps, lol. cheers for the reply.
