@Alex056,
You probably gave us you uniqueID. The serial number you can mostly find on the bottom of your device or in the menu by info.
the first two digits will tell what kind of device you have.
Peter
@Alex056,
I searched a little more on internet.
You probable have a TomTom Via 135 and the serial number starts with BO.
It is a Nav3 device with 4 Gb internal memory and a micro SD-card slot.
This device can be very well patched and given a new map with TTActivator.

Hi Peter I have a GO Superior, but do not know which NAV Version it is. It starts with B4 Reason I ask is if others have had problems with live traffic Routing. which I hope fixed just today. It is the MAIN Reason I use TT over my car Nav and other means which have always been the best by far. Until today, I was even thinking to sending it back as unfit for purpose, but hoped would be fixed. At last today, it is working with a software update, on returning home.
BTW, although not retired from work, though may in September, I am not retired from here, just too busy to spend so much time on this forum
yes, it is this, only new software corrected this today with traffic and routes again working. Not tried and will tomorrow, but not worked for some time. I am not sure how fast the fuel prices are updated, but I know the cheapest place near me, and they do vary, but how fast I do not know. In Romania, it is live and I do have a app when I am there (not for some time sadly)
Hi I have a Tomtom Start 25 with a BL code which I was sure still had Lifetime updates but My Drive is saying updates expired. I have hunted everywhere but can't find it on any EOL lists. Has there been another cull in the EOL list. Is there an up to date list of EOL Tomtoms that I am missing. It has a 4gb Micro card slot and was sure they lasted longer than the smaller memory TT's
Any help is appreciated.
TT do just EoL devices when they feel like it and, because they've closed their user support section it's difficult to find out until you try to update as you have.
see here for identical query;-
BUT, sod them; if they have EoL'd that device there are workarounds including using TTActivator and/or if there's no meta for the map you need?
Would be very useful to add type of GPS chipset Global Hammerhead v1 (GL1) , GL2 or SIRF 2, SIRF 3 for each tomtom model in this list to quickly identify which WNRO fix can eventually be applied like Treysis, upgrade GPS chipset firmware, none.
