Hello Everyone

I need a bit of help with my TomTom. Last night fully charge my "TomTom Go Premium X" and start updating the device but because was too late i went to bed. In the morning there was a message insuficient space and i press cancel button. The SatNav rebooted and sice it is diplayng Monitor and navigation cable connected with RED CROSS.
I have done my research and tomtom support advise me to place the navigation into recovery mode then connect to PC where TomTom my Drive connect is installed and the device will be restored.
The problem i have is that the TomTom my Drive connect software only display "Restoring Your Device" message with no progress bar or anything and stay like this for hours doing nothing.
