ASAP I will send you a message as soon as I receive the map
So is possible to say, that without using cspeech maps for Dev3 works OK in Dev2?
Short answer, yes
Steve25,
I ended up reinstalling my previous map (this includes the cspeech) on my Nav2 device as everything worked. It's always good practice to keep a back up of a working copy when doing upgrades. If the upgrade does not work then you go back to reinstalling the old map. For some quirk reason beyond my knowledge, I ended up having incorrect street names being spoken when upgraded to Nav3 device.
Sure, thanks :-) Its sad that TT stopped support for Nav2 if so many people still use it. Then its goog to know, that there is a way... :-D
I wondered if you tried one of the next two maps?
- Australia 1115_12001 (nav3)
- Australia 1115_12043 (nav3_sayville)
They are also nav3, so, maybe with the same error as the 1120 one.
But they are at least 3 months younger than the 1110_11861 version.

No, not as yet. I was going on the basis of chart compatability. Lots of trial and error , there must be something that's going on as to why the street names are being spoken incorrectly and non existant between the two devices i.e. Nav2 and Nav3.
In Nav2 I get the correct names of the streets and roads and yet in Nav3 complete opposite...In Nav2 Logan Reserve Road is Logan Reserve Road....in Nav3 Logan Reserve Road is Logistics Circuit....very weird indeed.
Unfortunately I cannot see where I can get the Australia 1115_12001 (nav3) map to trial and compare.
