Hello Everyone,

I've been trying for 1 month now to update my system, i've contacted Mopar, my local dealer, and TomTom customer support to update the maps in my Ram 1500 with Uconnect5 without any sucsess.
This is a known issue in my region and the dealer doesn't care. I've even talked to TomTom and I'm willing to pay for the update files, but their support is not helpful.

This is the system in my car, and stellantis offers a free update for people in US which can be downloaded from this

I would like to update my maps using a USB device, and i tried connecting to TomTom Home, but it does not allow me to download the maps without adding a device and since my device is my (Car) therefore, i cannot add it to the software.
If someone can help me with how to update the maps i'm willing to pay them since i've had enough of this crap.

Its look like in our Region there is no Map Middle East and Africa available official by Stellantis. Maybe you try to use a VPN Program and try it again... With Tom tom Home you have no Chance, i think. All Maps by Stellantis looks like NAV 4 Maps

Try a VPN, Here in our Region i dont find a Middle East Map on the Stellantis Site. Other Maps looks like NAV 4 Maps (ID=USA_Canada_and_Mexico.pna

I tried looking at all forum posts which includes Uconnect systems, but with no success in finding a solution

The issue is even if I purchased the maps from TomTom Home I cannot download them since I donÂ’t have my USB setup for my Car

Is there any information i can provide to help with this matter?

I searched the whole forum for anything related to “uconnect” before posting, No solution yet.

If you rename *.ttmpkg to*.zip, you can unpack all 4 files to a Map Folder
