If you have a device without voice control (no microfon), the brown maps (Carminat) are completely sufficient. These also contain IQ routes, lane assistants and Realview. Exceptions for a use of a high-level-u map the countries GB, NL and SGP, but in this case you can delete all cspeech_*.dat and the cphoneme.dat from a high-level-u map, if you have a microphoneless device.
HNR are not all house numbers, the brown maps do not have HNRs but they take you to a certain house number.
As far as I know HNR implies some kind of numbering that is not so normal. Blue and brown maps do not have HNRs, but they do tell you most house numbers. Thx yuriyggg
I agree that version 1065_10694 (Brown) don't have the house numbers
But all the version I've used till so far have house numbers and when I enter a non existing number, my device show me which are than available
HNH was developed for where there are no obvious/registered/recognised/consistent/accepted house numbering like in parts of Russia & Greece so don't confuse it with "normal" house numbering
