I just go a Go 520 WiFi which can’t be recovered .

the unit can connect to Tomtom website via MyDrive and saying “recovering your device” something like that, but after that the unit still can’t fully run, always go back to the logo section.

sorry I want to upload some screenshots for details but I can’t. How can I do that?
