Which NC did you get from TT? Which map (full name)? Downloaded from/about? Did you use a clean map without any POIs? Activated with?

The navcore is 9541.3145439.2
The map is Benelux 1045 10006, which i downloaded from this site
There is a POI file in this Benelux map. I tried without POI but it didn't change the case
i activated it with TT.Activator 1.8. Additionally, i also tried activation using FastActivate

Download Benelux_1045_10001 about TTActivator (Mapdownloader -> map type/generation "high-level-u")
About this way you are get this map 100% genuine from TT.
If the NC 9.541 obtained from TT-Home does not run with this map, you can throw away your device...

When I use the navigation with demo route, it works properly without restarting itself.

There is nothing more to say than what has already said: Use the original NC 9.541 installed about TT-Home, an original map downloaded about TTActivator, no POIs, no speedcams and no other modifications of NC and map. Then try with this configuration.
