With the present NC 7.901 you can only use "Low-Level-maps with known Code like Europe_995_8511* (or 995_8512 Northern-America-maps or 995_8513 maps of the rest of the world like Chile_995_8513 or Australia_995_8513).
The known codes you can find here:

You've the same I own, Naccore 9.500, Bootloader update to 5.5128 and you're able to store the whole world on your device
I'm using an SDHC card 32GB Class 10, running very well.
The Bootloader update is a little tricky but done into a split second when you take care of a full loaded accu and connect for sure to a powersupply.

I would put a boot loader as
I would put a NavCore 9500 cajeto this link
I would add a maximum of 4 GB SD card or higher, 32 GB
I would put the map of Europe 1000.8644 or 1000.8641 remove all Europe the cspeech files that do not work for Rider.
Charge your GPS battery to the maximum
Download the bootloader, unzip, place the file system in the 2Gb card, restart your gps and do not interrupt.
On the new card, place the contents of the NavCore 9500.
Place the map of your choice.
Place the ttgo.bif of your previous card.
Place the fastactivate.exe
Run fastactivate.exe select option 2 from the fastactivate.exe menu
