In the past, I noticed TT blocked many links for downloads and I could understand it. What really confused me was why they never blocked any of mine.

I found out a few years ago, quite by chance talking to a high guy as TT.

Basically, it is because I say it how it is and not out to make money. My criticisms are real. They suck in many ways. Things do get noted and changed. All takes time.

Financially they may lose via us in revenue, but we can sell the products via referrals. That is better revenue. and the changes occur because of us and helps improve their help desks which really do suck. Case in example was Australia telling users total BS.

It is pretty poor service when the help desk do not understand a problem or who to contact to try and resolve it. Reading from lines is know good. It is live stuff FFS. It does not really matter how long it takes to get sorted, but to BS users is totally unacceptable. For a start, they should know their products totally, not have to rely on people like me and others to sort their problems. I tell them straight, ok I piss off many in the process.
