Tomtom go 910 does not start up

I have a question my tomtom go 910 shows this screen when i turn it on who can tell me why that is and the tomtom does not start up

Did you do anything to cause this that you're aware of (trying a new map etc?) I would suggest you leave it switched off & put it on charge for 2+ hours. If no better then maybe connect to your PC, switch it on and try to run clearflash.exe 3 times from here
