I personally like JDownloader 2 and use Cryptload as a back-up but how about Mypony or others?

Just something to talk about/discuss until the next v955 maps in August.

I preffer to d/l directly from tt-server (mean maps for Go/One/Android-app). None of apps above match the case. Use my own script for this purpose - can d/l in as many streams, as i want (but of course - bandwidth is rather limited, no sense in more than 5-10 simultaneous downloads due to decreasing of single download speed. Not critical for small maps, but deadly for big ones)

I totally agree for those who know the secrets of how to download direct from the TT servers, then, (specifically for maps), yes but there are numerous other things like SE navcores, my (and others) 2Gb Truck map setups etc etc which are uploaded to sharing sites for others which still need splitting for quicker downloading.

I was a big fan of JDownloader until this week. After d/ling three parts (from Europe 965.4692 parts 1-24) it stopped and would not connect/download. Uninstall (with RevoUnInstaller/re-install - same problem; JD 2 I could not get to work.
So I found a link to the map on ZippyS, 15 parts, and all 15 d/led in seven minutes or less (each part).

So when Biggerdave's forecast of v955 maps in August become fact I'll start by looking for links to ZippyShare.

JDownloader 2 + free FileFactory account + web based premium link generator works perfectly for me. Simply copy FF links directly to my FF account and then generate premium links and get them via JD 2. Takes about 2 hrs to get full Europe, Eastern Europe, UK and some other maps.

JDownloader and zippyshare- or filefactory-links are a nice combination for non-power-user
