Hi my tomtom with microsd card inserted keeps rebooting and if i take of the card when i turn on the gps say that have no map. I can access gps internal memory (900+-MB), have all the files but the folder maps is empty, how can i check navcore to download the correct maps? Thanks

The only thing it say is go (4cp0.002.00) i search on google but i cant find nothing definitive... But if the solution is to see in the menus... I cant access them, the gps keep rebooting and dont let me touch anything... Thanks

I am downloading Europe 5965 to test since its the most europe compatible...

I remove the microsd and TTHome say that i have an iberia map update ready to install, after the install i can access menus and see that my navcore is 8.3xx. So Europe 5965 will work. thanks

I think ( not sure ) that 4cp0.002.00 is GO550

I would say ; remove the navcore 8 and use navcore 9 , then you can use version 9 maps .

Suggest to start with 9.510 to see how it works .
