PS my 550 Live 4CPO.002.02
My Go 950 Live is 4CP9.002.00. Connect to PC and look at the ttgo.bif file. It is a Go 740 4CP0.002.00. Solution is back up your device. Format your SD card to FAT32, and copy the correct maps you want, run FastActivate after you have copied the ttgo.bif file from the unit to the SD card.
You have a corrupted file in one of your maps on the SD Card.
That will sort out your problem
p.s. Anyone needs help using Google? Search for tomtom 4CP0.002.00 produced the Go 740 in a fraction of a second

We sell tomtom units and we use that code when buying in the different versions. I could have looged in VPN and check what it was, but knew google much quicker
I give up for now!
Without people telling us what device they're trying to update H-T-F can we second guess?
Last query was about a ONE v2....this time (possibly/probably) a 550 but without crystal balls who knows?.
Over to you guys who have more patience than me!
