Tomtom Rider 2 GPS - not working.

I updated QuickGPSFix on January 10 on Tomtom rider 2 and noticed the expiration date was January 31, 2024. Today, after turning on the navigation, I noticed that it was not receiving GPS, I updated it again using TTActivator 1.20 and the expiration date was displayed as February 27. The navigation was catching GPS again without any problem. I have a question about what What can I do so that I don't have to repeat this step every few days?

QuickGPSfix stores the sats planned positions for a couple of weeks so you get a quicker lock on once outside but you may as well just switch it on outdoors for a few minutes & that will also lock on to the sats

I understand that after February 27 it will still work, I just have to go outside the building and wait longer. And I don't have to constantly update GPS Fix using the TTActivator program?
Is there anything I can do to make it last longer?

I don't think that this can be extended as even the TT itself will only update the positions for a few days (it seems to be just 5 day periods from what you say above) so really the answer is, no but if/as/when you know you want/need to use the device without having to wait outside for a signal then THAT would be the time you use QuickGPSfix before you leave home, which, to be fair, shouldn't be too big a problem.
