For the last 6/7 years I've been successfully using a car mount to play mp3 files through my car radios. About five weeks ago it, the 910, started rebooting and occasionally hanging on the start up screen. I tried cleaning the contacts, both TT and mount with no luck. So I tried the original non-transmitter mount and the TT performed perfectly. Any ideas why the transmitter caused the reboots?

i had the same w my 710

So no cure then? And they are a discontinued product.

Never mind, SWMBO has got fed up of hearing 282 episodes of Humphrey Lyttleton's ISIHAC.

you will be getting charger problems soon if its the contacts, green light but not charging.

on early devices like the x10 series the light is always green no matter what
only later models have dual color LED

what I meant was while power is applied the battery will not be getting charged, sorry for any misunderstanding.

i know ....
for me it was reason to get another device
7 year of daily use has taken its toll
