Not really much difference with the units mostly internal hard disk size so therefore the 930 has the largest 4GB if I remember correctly,
as they all have an SD card slot you could choose any of them and load all the maps you need onto the card.
Hope this helps.

Which one tells which lane you have to use?

All of them; it depends on the navcore and map you are using on these devices.
All ALG maps are able to display a picture of the lane you have to use.
Have a look > < to know which are the v915 ALG maps and on which navcore they can be used.
Between GO530/730/930, only GO930 has EPT (enhanced Positionning Technology) to keep the position in case of loss of satellite signal (Ex: tunnels, streets with hight buildings, etc...)

forget the "streets with high buildings , etc ..."
only object that have this gray shadow painted on them in the map are EPT capable
if signal is disturbed by trees , buildings , powerlines , whatever , your device still go act dizzy

Go with the 530, best bang for buck.
Ept is based on assumptions
If you do something other than what it assumes it will still act crazy

........ and all of those devices are capable to use an external memory card up to 32GB
More than enough space for all te maps you want to use.

Actually it is not..
true it's not GPS but it's a sensor that determines your direction and speed and, based on that, estimates your position. Very different from the software estimates that other models use.
The 930 is the last Tomtom model to use it.
Tomtom decided that was not worth the cost, giving the sensibility of new GPS chips.. and the fact that in most situations EPT is not of much use.
-------
On the model to choose, buy the cheapest x30 you can find and expand the memory if needed.
Also the GO 1000(5) is now quite cheap to buy... and comes usually with llifetime maps

elimination is already judiciously used the patch, I recommend imperatively SD slot, the card being increasingly heavy in the past many have missed.
after his remains as a choice of price
my one personally customized V2 holds the road very well already and I had a lot of positive feedback on your XXL models are therefore better
