Just Google Height v 17

I discover in this exchange that Height is now in rev 17 !
I'm still using rev 8 for years, which works very fine. I'l have a look on this new version, since I'm wondering : but what can be added in more that what is already in rev 8, which is already perfect ?

Height-8 or 11 worked very well with navcore 8. Recent versions of Height, have been implemented in order to have full compatibility with the new navcore 9. The author has added other entries in the file height.cfg for fine tuning .

I suggest to use the latest b17 version from joghurts site.
You will need to configure height.cfg for your device.
On XL IQroute with navcore v8.545, I'm using this data in Height.cfg :

If you are using a v9 navcore version, you may want to change yp=140 to yp=90 to not have the altitude overlapping the Quick menu if you are using it.

Also, depending on your location, you will have to adjust the geoidal separation (he=xxxx)
