    I already have the full Europe 900.4602 map but it does not list Madeira.

    Madeira is not a country but part of Portugal. So just enter the cityname. If it is on Madeira you do not see extra information. If Portugal has a city with the same name then you can choose between the city on Madeiro or the one in Portugal. That is all you have to do.
