No network for live services - how many countries is affected? What TT models?

I've got this error in my GO750 in the UK from about Friday afternoon.

It seems to be just GO750 problem but still I don't know, if it is only in UK or Europe problem...
For two days I will drive to Eastern Europe, so it will be nice to have Live traffic, Fuel prices, etc.

Traffic -no problem, can use RDS-TMC antenna. But today I tried to connect my unit to TThome... and no services, no speed cameras, etc... Just map corrections.
