thats hard to do as when i first run cleanflash will not start again
perhaps a wrong / faulty / damaged navcore
try a different one ( clean install ) ; if it solves , trash this current one
tryed complete rebuild twice
switch off firewall and antivirus
if no cure , it may be hardware ;
worn or damaged pins on dock , damaged cable

Adding SD Card slots for lesser units is not now being undertaken
Repairs to poor soldering practises can be looked at, but not always accepted
If an amateur is going to be making modifications, it is recommended that stranded cable is used (stranded Cat 5E) do not use solid cable if you are not used to soldering. Better, if you leave it to us that do this for a living.....easy to really F**K things up if you make a mistake.
And remember, you do not need to use lead free solder, unless you have to be RoHS compliant
