The file is too Large. Connect 3 system won't load it. Are there anywhere smaller files for different regions

This is great, but it is very frustrating.....as is for the whole of Europe, which is pointless if we can add them on....file is too big again....so ashame
I only need them for UK...looks like i have to subscribe to SCDB
